We have designed and developed species-specific, fully annotated, high density microarrays for earthworms (Eisenia fetida), water flea (Daphnia pulex) and nematodes (Caenorhabditis elegans). We made and published the first in-house printed cDNA earthworm microarray, and then designed and annotated the first and only commercially manufactured 15K, 44K and 60K earthworm 60-mer-oligo microarrays (i.e., arrays printed on glass slides with 15K, 44K and 60K different probes of 60 oligonucleotides each and manufactured by the leading biotech company Agilent).We also have the following custom microarrays:
