We offer services for in vitro to in vivo extrapolation (IVIVE) of organism level toxicological effects to provide a more comprehensive approach to your animal-free risk and hazard assessment needs. We use state-of-the-science approaches in toxickinetics and toxicodynamics (TKTD) modeling to account for the adsorption, distribution, metabolism, and elimination (ADME) of xenobiotic substances within tissues to predict hazardous exposure concentrations of regulatory concern from in vitro, cell based experimental measurement data. Cell assays are faster and cheaper than whole-organism experimental tests, and offers a rapid cost-effective alternative to the traditional paradigm.

  • Genomics assays to identify primary tissues affected by xenobiotic exposure
  • 1 compartment and multi-compartment TKTD modeling for aquatic and mammalian systems
  • Full suite of exposure reconstruction services (e.g., reverse toxicokinetics, reverse dosimetry)
  • High quality report generation
