AOP Applications

The Adverse Outcome Pathway (AOP) concept represents a paradigm shift in how chemical toxicity is characterized and understood.   Accordingly, new tools and applications are required to realize the full benefit of newly developed AOPs. Our Team provides services for transitioning AOPs into the public arena including submission of AOPs to the world standard, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s (OECD) peer-reviewed AOPwiki (https://aopwiki.org/aops). The EGSB is actively engaged in submission and curation of AOPs for public use (Collier et al 2016, Gong et al 2015).
